Eikonal Approximation for K+–Nucleus Elastic Scattering

The elastic scattering of kaons from different targets 6Li, 12C, and 40Ca at energies 635, 715, 800 MeV have been studied. equivalent local potential form Kisslinger optical with the eikonal approximation using Wallace expansion up to 2nd order used. depends on density target nuclei, amplitude parameters. Satisfactory fits experimental data are obtained.
